Consider asking about the outdoor garden toilet for early arrivals. it may save you a trip when you're in need.

Excellent friendly staff, good services, and stunning location close enough to Romney Hythe and Dymchurch, the garden and terrace next to the canal and the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway going past. Brand-new room with a nice view over the pretty garden and canal and fantastic decor.

    beautiful view
    delicious breakfast

Our room had an amazing view over the fields and even the railway line, where we spotted an old-fashioned train! The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were so cute. It's just a short walk to the seaside too!

    great location
    limited outdoor space

Had a blast with friends! We explored the nearby countryside and took a charming ride on the local railway. The breakfast each morning was a highlight. The honesty bar was a fun touch. It's an easy stroll to everything we needed.

The outside area was quite limited due to the rain, a bit disappointing since we wanted to enjoy the garden views.

    Cozy stay with a view!

The room was cozy, and the view was amazing, especially the old train. Breakfast was delish! A bummer though, it was really noisy in the morning from the road. A chill spot, just be ready for some early rising sounds.

    Perfect break with fine views

Debra was just the sweetest, even arranged flowers for me. The room was super comfy and breakfast hit the spot. The dining area has amazing views of the countryside, and the outdoor tables are nice too. Just wish the shower had better pressure, but still enjoyed it!

A very comfortable double room with a fine view of the countryside and the miniature railway. The bed ensured a restful night's sleep, complemented by excellent water pressure in the modern en suite bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, highlighting great attention to detail from the hosts. The only downside was the slight distance from some key attractions and a limited variety in the breakfast menu.

great view but cleaning could improve

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options, made for a good start to the day. The room offered a great view over the Romney Marshes, a perfect backdrop for our stay.

The cleanliness in some areas needs attention.
